Delivery options
At checkout you choose one of the following. Only the options available for your order and address are shown.
Local delivery (Oahu)
We deliver on Oahu from our warehouse at 2020 Auiki St, Honolulu. Delivery is free when your order meets the minimum for your distance. Smaller orders can still be delivered for a flat fee:
- Up to 10 miles: free on orders of $200 or more, otherwise $10
- 10 to 20 miles: free on orders of $250 or more, otherwise $15
- 20 to 35 miles: free on orders of $300 or more, otherwise $20

Pickup
Free pickup at our warehouse, 2020 Auiki St, Bldg C, Honolulu, HI 96819, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Pickup orders are usually ready in about 4 hours. We will notify you when your order is ready.
Shipping throughout the United States
We ship by UPS or USPS to addresses throughout the United States, including all of the Hawaiian islands (Maui, Kauai, the Big Island and others). The shipping cost is calculated at checkout from the size and weight of your order and your address, and delivery times depend on the carrier and service you choose.
Pickup-only items
Some items, such as hazardous materials, are available for in-store pickup only. If your order contains one of these items, only the pickup option is offered at checkout.

Return shipping
See our refund policy for how to start a return. Approved returns should be sent to: Paradise City Trading, 2020 Auiki St, Bldg C, Honolulu, HI 96819. Please do not use our PO Box for returns, because couriers cannot deliver to it.
For approved returns that are not our error, you pay the cost of shipping the items back. If you are returning an item worth more than $75, consider a trackable shipping service or insurance.
