SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 4, 2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by Paradise City Group LLC (dba Paradise City Trading) ("Paradise City Trading," "we," "us") to customers and prospective customers who agree to receive them. They are part of our Privacy Policy.
The program
Paradise City Trading Text Messaging sends messages about your orders and deliveries, account and billing notices, and occasional product or promotional offers. Messages are sent from our business number, (808) 312-4895, using RingCentral.
How you agree
You agree to receive text messages only when you clearly say so, for example by ticking an unchecked box on one of our forms that says you agree to receive texts from Paradise City Trading, by texting us a keyword, or by asking one of our representatives in writing to text you. If you agree to marketing texts, you consent to receive them at the number you gave us, including messages sent with automated technology. Agreeing to marketing texts is not required to buy anything from us.
Message frequency, rates and carriers
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (808) 312-4895 or info@paradisecityhawaii.com. If you opt out of marketing texts, we may still send you messages about an order or your account.
Your information
Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers, such as RingCentral, to send and carry our messages. For how we handle your information generally, see our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
